Fulfillment Works’ Client Access Center provides a secure online fulfillment management portal where clients’ can manage all aspects of their account, from any internet connection worldwide including mobile devices.
Through our online fulfillment management portal, clients can manage inventory, orders, backorders, receiving, inventory reorder levels, shipments, shipment confirmation emails, shipping history, sales and marketing reports, and much more – all in real-time. Additionally, the interactive site allows clients to enter or edit orders, enter incoming inventory purchase orders, and cancel pending orders.
Customized logins provide different levels of access for all members of your team. Additionally, each user can customize their views and reporting outputs to only display information that is beneficial to his/her daily operations.

In addition to our ecommerce integrations, our system has a fully-featured real-time SOAP XML API that allows a client’s programming team to write their own integration with us to do the following:
