Do you get shipping discounts because of our volume?
Yes. In fact, Fulfillment Works offers the most aggressive pricing every day and we regularly, relentlessly negotiate with all our suppliers and pass the discounts on to you.
Are your warehouses climate controlled?
Yes. Additionally, our facilities meet the environmental storage needs & specialized handling requirements of shelf-stable foodstuffs, nutritional supplements, and health & beauty products.
Does your inventory management include FIFO?
Yes, FIFO is automated in our system.
Do you support real-time order transmission?
Yes, we can communicate via API or other web-based services.
Can you print customized packing slips?
Yes. Packing slips included in orders are branded for your company. During the account setup process, you can provide your logo and any custom verbiage you’d like on your packing slip.
What shipping methods do you use?
We have aggressive and very competitive discounts with all carriers – UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and LTL. We pass 100% those discounts onto our customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can you integrate easily with our shopping cart?
Yes, we have a number of plug-ins for the leading shopping carts that make integration simple and seamless. Our programmers work with client’s development team to ensure the most efficient integration. Additionally, our system has a fully-featured real-time SOAP XML API that allows your programming team to write their own custom integration.
Are your fulfillment centers registered with the FDA?
Yes – all three of our facilities are FDA-registered. We can provide proof of FDA certification upon request.
Do you provide branded packaging?
We have packaging partners who can provide customized and branded packaging for our clients.
How will our account be managed?
Each client account is assigned to a dedicated account manager. This person serves as liaison between the client and the warehouse(s), and manages all day-to-day activity. Clients have direct, unlimited access to their account manager. We’re here for you!
Do you have required minimums for monthly order volume?
No, we do not have monthly order minimums. For most of our clients, we typically ship an average of 60,000 – 1,200,000 orders per year.
Can you handle EDI processing?
Yes, we can. We currently have processes and programming in place that allows us to work directly with DiCentral and SPS Commerce to pull Purchase Orders, print UCC128 labels, and send back the ASNs.
