

When we started our company in 1999 on a kitchen table, little did we know that one day we'd acquire a 70,000-sq. feet state-of-the-art fulfillment center, run by a staff of 53 wonderful people and servicing start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike.
But that's exactly what's happened. And while an average annual growth of 46.1% in the past five years is pretty extraordinary, the reasons behind our success are fairly straightforward. For starters, even though Fulfillment Works is a young company we've always been passionate about building long-term relationships. We treat our clients like family, with all the respect, honesty, and integrity such a relationship entails. Our pricing is a testament to that integrity.
Beyond that, doing a job well or even very well isn’t enough for us. We want to do it brilliantly or not at all. Our commitment to long-term relationships also extends to our staff. Bonuses are regularly given for outstanding performance. High-fives, hugs and happy hours contribute to our environment of upbeat professionalism. As a staff member once exclaimed, "This can't be work it’s too much fun!" Considering the caliber of the clients with which we are blessed, it most certainly is fun.
