Fulfillment Works’ Client Access center provides a secure portal in which clients’ can manage all aspects of their account from any internet connection worldwide.

Through the Client Access Center, clients can manage inventory, orders, backorders, receiving, inventory reorder levels, shipments, shipment confirmation emails, shipping history, sales & marketing reports, and much more – all in real-time. Additionally, the interactive site allows clients to enter or edit orders, enter incoming inventory purchase orders, and cancel pending orders.

Customized logins provide different levels of access for all members of your team. Additionally, each user can customize their views and reporting outputs to only display information that is beneficial to his/her daily operations.
